3 miles easy

Dead Lift: 315x3
                  325x3
                  335x3
                  345x3
                  365x3  (no hitches in pull at all, felt really good.  could've definitely done more)

25 pullups....had plans that night and couldn't finish in time  >:-/  damn it.
