November 15th

Dead Lift: 135x10

                  365x3
                  375x3

5x5 weighted pullups @ 30 lbs.

100 pushups in two sets...75 in two minutes and then a set of 25.  i strained my right delt on this and called it short.  Rest tomorrow.
