Human Potential
We are incredibly adaptable creatures. If you have a problem in your life that you cannot solve, it's likely your fault that you "just can't" solve it; if you believe that to be the case, well then it is.
Human potential is as large as we can conceive. There are those who live on the edges of possibility: believing that through their efforts, anything is possible...including human flight.

Invictus
One of my favorite poems and one I recite to myself when things get grueling.
Invictus
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.

Intentions
I would love to make a grand entrance, a beautiful, flowing, eloquent statement about life or accomplishment, but honestly, I just want to blow shit up...but maybe that's too simplistic.
I'm training to be a Navy SEAL. I've been going for a while now and I thought it worthwhile to record.
Whether I make it or not.
If you have the same aspirations you can use this for inspiration or workout ideas, networking and so forth.
I expect to change much during this adventure; I will have ups and downs, motivation and lack-thereof but most importantly, it will be real. And let's face it; we're all looking for an adventure. It really is the destination.
I'm chasing a goal, a dream; a very real career. There will be more about me to come on these pages and I'll probably have days where I post a lot, and days I don't post at all.
I hope you enjoy it.
